Our Farming
We farm 800 hectares of Fenland near Wisbech under a no-till system that has been running since 2008 — one of the longest-established regenerative operations in the UK. Our rotation includes wheat, oats, fava beans, OSR, triticale, and grass, all managed without ploughs, insecticides, or the heavy machinery costs that weigh down conventional operations. In the Fens, drainage is everything, so we invest heavily in infrastructure — but let biology do the rest. Earthworm populations manage our soil structure. Predator cycles handle our pest pressure. The result is a farm that costs significantly less to run, produces food with a fraction of the carbon footprint, and gets more resilient every year.
